What is the self observation?
The self-observation is the art of watching our actions (verbal, mental and physical)

Why is it an art?
By mastering the self observation we can transmute our actions to any desired state.

Why is self-observation necessary?
The self-observation is essentially needed to improve ourselves as individuals and part of the society in which we live. Applying the observation car in ourselves we can self-correct our actions (verbals, mental and physical) which helps us to have a better grasp on our decisions taking into account the cause and effect (Law of Cause and Effect, Hermetic Principle) . The self-observation is a way of changing bad habits we have in us, for example: a person takes the decision of to stop smoking using self-observation only have to implement the will to stop smoking by self-observation and can take control of the action taking Regardless of the cause of why you smoke and the reasons which led him to smoke, making a correction in the case and the reasons the person may avoid smoking. am heterosexual I respect and admire very much and so I dedicated this
post and that many of you are passing through hard moments of
suffering and loneliness but brought them and a message of courage.

You're strong and beautiful, you carry the anger inside, you're the
flower closed in the darkness, you are the light of the most

The above short poem has many meanings which invite you to keep
fighting, do not give up that people give you the Spreading nor reject
you, raise your head high and walk with pride. Loneliness is something
mental, but there's always someone for each of us. Do not hold foreign
shoulder but on your feet. Have confidence in yourself and fight for
your respect and freedom of expression that dream is freedom. Do not
be afraid that the world knows the real you, let it out and be proud
of yourself. Do not let the words of the second and third all around
you affect you, always keep your position until the end. You can do
just have to try and look harder than reaching the goal, eventually
will do it!.

Many of you may be depressed and I have fallen but as always I say
"tomorrow is another day (the sun will rise because the sun has to
take the first step in the morning)" Depression shakes your body, get
up and walk that never too late to start again. You have the power to
change the world, you can make a difference in history, you are a
goddess. Stop complaining about this unfair life is to fight, you're a
warrior with high ideals and you have to make the most out of yourself
until the end no matter how many times you fall get up and walk on,
and with each fall and get up with more forces minds that means you
have to keep climbing to your greatness and dreams that the fall does
not mean the defeat but to start again. Get up with a smile on your

Mother Nature: Review about "Avatar" the movie

This magnificent film that came out to the movies 18 th December 2009 (USA) shows the relationship between man and nature on a distant planet called Pandora, a race of aliens called Na `vi which are the native inhabitants of this planet have a very serious relationship and sacred nature of the planet with Pandora that's what caught my attention was the relationship of the naturareza Na'vi, they respect and honor their land, have a very close link to the life of the fauna and flora planet Pandora, I mean many of the traditions and actions of the Na'vi bear a strong resemblance to many indigenous traditions and lifestyles of ancient civilizations, they respected the lives of animals and cultivated the land with love, even it is only a movie This also reminds us that we have an intimate relationship with the flora and fauna of our planet, another action that caught my attention was the physical connection they had the Na'vi with animals and plants, have Na'vi a coldon leaving her neck which used to connect with the plants which were derived from information such as their past lives with past secrets and other things in the world and connect with animals create a bond between man and animal which makes one, I explain: we have the physical and spiritual connection with animals and plants of our planet to interact with them. Meditation Techniques

These are some universal technique for meditation, you should use the one you is easy, you can also mix methods or creating your own method. Meditation is not easy to exercise when the mind is undisciplined but with time and practice you will do it. There are some techniques for Astral Projection.

TECHNICAL Vipassana Meditation -

-TIBETAN MEDITATION TECHNIQUE -

Meditation

Since mid of the 70 scientists are concerned to highlight the properties of meditation because it helps the immune system, biological, nerves and heart, improves memory and strengthens the mind, anyone who meditates regularly do not get sick

Using the "tools" (Will, Belief and Courage)

Hello! I wonder why I call "tools" to the will, belief and courage? It is because they are tools which help us to become better people and we can use at any time.

Disipline our minds is super basic and necessary to succeed in any goal or situation in which we find ourselves. Meditation is a very important exercise to develop the mind, meditation is a state in which our brain brainwaves decrease frequencies and entered a trance state, there are four brainwave frequencies Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta, meditation takes place between Alpha waves, Theta and Delta brain. There are many methods to meditate today and there are also other types of meditations which help the mind, body and soul. Meditation is related to the chakras (also called wheels) chakras are energy centers, there are a large number of minor chakras, chakras are called Nadis and chakras that are located higher along our spine are the seven most important . These are real centers of power and influence in our body and emotional states, right through the meditation can open these centers using the visualization power through the will. Will speak more of the chakras in the sigiente post.

Courage

Courage is not brute force, not aggressiveness, courage is not lack of fear, courage is courage. Let's see what the dictionary says about this word: Courage is defined as the quality of character that allows you to face danger or the unknown with courage.

If you want to reach a goal you have to have courage, if you want to get a position or be promoted to position at your work you need courage, when you want to get something you need courage, if you want to be successful you need courage, to be brave is basic need to live in this society today where there is fierce competition among the competitors for position and prestige.

"All your dreams can come true, if you have the courage to pursue them." WALT DISNEY.

A person with courage have more the chance of achieving their goals than a person that is afraid to risk that fear anyone or make a mistake.

You are a person who lives in fear or have the courage to pursue your dreams?

Courage is not something that can be taught but is found to break the barriers of shyness and fear. Courage is like a muscle which is exercised to have value, at risk, to realize your desires. As you exercise the courage? You can make a list of things you'd like to do but you never dared to do them. That would be a small example of the many things you could do to raise your courage or strength.

Hope

The hope is that flame that resides deep in our chest, is the light that lives in our hearts, is the illusion of something new, an opportunity, an event happens in which you have faith and trust it. Like belief and will, hope is necessary to live and exist for that hope is what keeps us feet when we fall that we have the belief that something else can happen, and using the will to give to that little flame in our breaststroke become a reality. The hope is never lost, always keep it close to your heart and Just take it even when you see the possibilities are few, I'll explain: Say you are expecting a vote results, we defend the case "does not seem of great import" for others, the result could be against our favor (40% of us and 60% of them), we fight to protect the forests while others destroy them. Resides in our hearts the flame of hope, it gives "faith" we can win the majority vote although the situation looks completely uneven. Comes time to vote, everyone voted, the votes are counted and... we won by 1 vote!. Something incredible but true.

If we analyze the situation which I have presented an example you can notice that also this will to come to you, I mean that you hope for a result x on a variable and although you are not in position to get what you want, you get it.

Hope is something we must always keep in our hearts even in the moments when we fail, that hope is what motivates us to try again, no matter what you will get if you keep trying you will get it sooner or later. It in the hope is believing and believing is working miracles.

Doubt and Shyness

Doubt is what makes us refrain from our beliefs and is therefore often ends up being our failure. When we believe in something and doubt it thought or belief that loses its strength for good or ill of us all depends on what we believe. Doubt is the lack of confidence in our actions, is an enemy which has to be overcome in order to progress in the modern era, for example if you are an employee of a company and want a promotion can not be shy or question your actions that you must show that you know what you do and thus is what you show your confidence and experience in the field where you work.

Shyness is very common in children and adolescents, it is understandable that the early shyness is common but once attained a certain age shyness must be overcome in order to stand out from others that is a key to success, from an early age that young people have to gain experience to put it to use at any given time, babies are a perfect example of what I'm talking about because they are watching and imitating their actions in their environment, babies experience, explore and discover a whole e new world here another key to the transformation of the soul. In each of us is a genius who knows everything we just have to trust ourselves and so as I said before is basic trust as the will, bit by bit using these tools we become masters of our own reality.

The failure is only one way to teach, a fall, the fall is a great experience and experience is knowledge and wisdom, YOU MUST NOT FAIL IN HAVE mends have confidence in yourself and everything will happen as you wish.

"Alchemy, the art of transformation of the spirit"

Many of you have probably heard about the alchemy that is now called chemistry but alchemy to which I refer is that Egyptian alchemy is pure alchemy which purpose is to transform its maximum esplendol espirit. Maybe you've listened to on "Stone" also called the stone of the miracles to turn base metals into gold which is related to alchemy but the real meaning of the philosopher's stone is different and is much more valuable than gold, this significance is the transformation of the spirit also called "The headGod" in a nutshell is to achieve perfection of body, mind and spirit in acquiring a perfect balance between the three bodies.

Here, I have a bit of a literary work on alchemy, I hope you like it.

No.1

"There is a wizard within each one of us. A magician who sees and knows everything."

You need a lifetime to learn what the magician has to teach. First, our inner magician called Merlin our pages. He represents our inner wisdom that has survived centuries has gone through many tests. But our life magician react the same way: "He sees."

And Merlin said to Arthur:
"When I saw a person could not avoid seeing his family and friends. These were extensions of the person who told me much more about who she really was ... I began to see beneath the mask of their physical appearance . I saw her emotions, desires, fears, dreams ...

I began to see the energy emanating from the person ... with worlds within worlds in all people with whom I was. Then I realized that every living being is the whole universe, only ever wears a different guise.
Some day you realize all the wonderful universe that lives within you and then you will be a Wizard. As Mago do not live in the world, the world lives within you ...

Arthur then asked:
Tell us then why suffer, why we age and die.
And Merlin answered:
I can solve all your ignorance and your pain, only if you understand one thing, I'm inside you. This person you're talking about is not different from you. We are one people, and the point where we are united there is none of your problems.
"The Wizard is beyond opposites, Light and Darkness, Good and Evil, Pleasure and Pain."

Fortunately, our interior Wizard is only in the spirit of truth, not falsehood, for the pleasure we feel through our senses, we experience pain at a loss, the infinite quest for wealth and reject extreme poverty, all this that makes up our daily life seems "real" only until you learn to see through the eyes of the magician.

The outward appearance of life "is" life itself if the only thing we believe is only what we see and feel. But we must not forget that "anything is possible. Only if they believe."

"The body and mind can rest, but the Wizard sailing constantly."

"The Magician holds the secret of immortality."
On many occasions we need gurus to know why certain things we need to find the meaning to a particular situation and find the answer in the silence within us. Without silence the Wizard does not have the space. But silence is not possible to appreciate life ...

But how can we have that peace? asked Arthur.
"Look within yourself, where there is only peace." Merlin said.
The voice of Merlin, our magician, is like a soft voice that always whispers ... "Find Me", that voice is quiet, is calm and at peace.
How many times we wonder if there is "something" beyond what we are experiencing, not knowing exactly what that "something" might be.

Take time to reflect not on "what you see," but on "why you see it." If we can see what is happening to us is because our inner wisdom is showing us that "something" we must learn from this experience. Do not look with critical eyes, take a mantle of love to each situation. Every experience is a hymn to life itself, however painful it may be. This means we are "alive" and if we are alive is because we have yet to learn. And this is the miracle.

Everything we see in our inner world we can make it happen in our daily lives. As the alchemist, we can transform things, your desires, your dreams, in gold, because gold is the symbol of the purity of spirit that resides within us and that belongs to everyone equally.

The seven steps of alchemy are fulfilled as we leave behind all our limitations, our fears and we are aware of pure spirit within us. Our first step is to recognize the existence of the Magician within.

At the time of King Arthur, Merlin's disciple in spirit, the ultimate goal of this research was to find the Holy Grail, the most powerful symbol of the purity of spirit thus Alchemy and The Holy Grail is the eternal aspect of the deep search of life, which is nothing but pure love, pure happiness and fulfillment in the spirit.
Spiritual Wisdom let our inner lights, hear his voice ... hear the voice of the Wizard.
