Meditation

Meditation can be described as a practice that allows us to connect with the universe, with our inner self or consciousness, to achieve inner peace, or any other type of goal that we have the time to meditate. Meditation is something basic and necessary for human beings it helps develop a higher plane of consciousness (the person who opens your mind to different kinds of wisdom, knowledge and plans). By meditating we raise our vibration and that helps our body, mind and soul.
Since mid of the 70 scientists are concerned to highlight the properties of meditation because it helps the immune system, biological, nerves and heart, improves memory and strengthens the mind, anyone who meditates regularly do not get sick
(it is very difficult to get sick), the biological system is much younger than a person's age alone, to meditate on the person develops the serenity that helps fight stress and anxiety, to think better in difficult times in people who helps athletes increase physical performance such as speed, agility, dexterity and maintains an active athlete, maximizing performance. From the point of spiritual meditation path leads to the opening of the divinity sevens 7 wheels (chakras), each of the chakras is a plane of existence from the first base chakra (1st chakra, Muladhara) to each the ascending chakras up to the crown chakra (7th chakra, Sahasrara).
There are several types of meditation and different forms of them.
Meditation is essential to listen to the universe (the mind silenced). There are several methods that induce a state of meditation, for example, concentration on breathing, concentration at a point x real or imagined, the use of all the senses at the same time (to focus on each of the senses at once one to one to create a meditative state in which the mind is not occupied by the thought, is a very good method to induce meditation state), music and incense, there are many methods to induce meditation, but each person has their own.
Meditation involves the place into a trance state where the brain waves of our brain frequency down.
The brain has four types of frequencies: Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
Beta (13 to 40 cycles per second)
Beta is associated with our waking activity.
During a day we experience all of brainwave patterns with a predominance of Beta.
Alpha (8-13 cycles per second)
Alpha pattern appears on the eve When Where there is a relaxed and effortless alertness.
Light meditation and day dreaming. It is recommended to practice creative visualization and self-suggestion technique in alpha.
Theta (4-7 cycles per second)
Associated with creativity, dreams and extra-sensory perception to the student the theta state is something to learn to go at will. There are countless ways to theta range if you do good work than you can learn to enter theta at will and most of the activities of the psychic.
Delta (1 / 2 to 4 cycles per second)
Delta is associated with deep sleep, this pattern is very slow, however, this pattern of brain waves is important for the explorer of consciousness.
If you work to merge with the consciousness of the masses of our planet is going to act in the Delta, the first step is learning to be conscious in your dreams, you can do that, you can go further exploration. Astral Projection or Out of body experience occurs in the Delta.
In the states of trance trance is known as light (Beta Cicles 13-16 per second), medium distance (Alfa Cicles 13-8 per second), deep trance (Theta 4.7 cycles per second) and the purely deep trance (Delta Cicles
1/2-4 per second).
Meditation is a powerful tool that gives us the opportunity to become better people.
Good Moon!
