Self-Observation

What is the self observation?
The self-observation is the art of watching our actions (verbal, mental and physical)

Why is it an art?
By mastering the self observation we can transmute our actions to any desired state.

Why is self-observation necessary?
The self-observation is essentially needed to improve ourselves as individuals and part of the society in which we live. Applying the observation car in ourselves we can self-correct our actions (verbals, mental and physical) which helps us to have a better grasp on our decisions taking into account the cause and effect (Law of Cause and Effect, Hermetic Principle) . The self-observation is a way of changing bad habits we have in us, for example: a person takes the decision of to stop smoking using self-observation only have to implement the will to stop smoking by self-observation and can take control of the action taking Regardless of the cause of why you smoke and the reasons which led him to smoke, making a correction in the case and the reasons the person may avoid smoking. This form of stop smoking also applies to people who have problems with alcoholism and other vices.

Base of self observation:
* Acknowledge this consciously of the action (s) (physical, verbal and metal).
* Accept the action (s).
* Case (s) and effect (s) (s) action (s).
* Fix (es) manual (s) of (s) action (s) (auto observation).

* Acknowledge this consciously the action (s): Once we recognize our action (no matter the nature or type of action being treated) should be aware that the action is causing any undesirable effect and thus must be removed from our habits.

* Accept the action (s): Once unwanted recognized our action we have to accept that we are doing something that is influencing how ourselves poor or those around us and we have to stop running such action.

* Case (s) and effect (s) (s) action (s): Once we accept that we are doing something that affects ourselves or those around us we have to analyze the causes and effects for which we are executing that action.

* Fix (es) manual (s) of (s) action (s) (self-observation): After review (s) Case (s) and effect (s) (s) action (s) we consider possible counter measures to neutralize the causes and effects of the (s) action (s) you want to stop or void in our actions.

Applying this method in our everyday lives we can improve our way of life, there are many other methods of self-observation and different types of techniques to correct undesirable actions.
